What is Meditation?

​Meditation is the art and science of letting go and resting your mind. It is not pondering, imagining, contemplating or thinking (as commonly defined); but rather a full state of consciousness within that is uniquely different from everyday wakefulness. Meditation has many therapeutic qualities also bringing light to your unproductive reflexes and habits. If practiced on a consistent basis meditation will bring balance and stability. It will also provide you with numerous other health benefits such as: stress reduction, increased concentration, as-well-as improved cardiovascular and immune functions. Overall, you can also slow the ageing process and increase your happiness.


​Weekly Meditation Schedule:

Please DO NOT wear anything scented. A LOT of people are highly sensitive to fumes.
Unfortunately, we will have to ask you to leave if you do not honor this request. 

​FREE 30 minute meditations
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm 
All drop-ins and all levels welcome!
NOTE: These are not guided meditations.
